New for 2010, AS/R Systems is now offering a Field Rebuilt line. Field Rebuilt is a hybrid to our FULL Shop Rebuilt product line. AS/R is able to offer custom rebuilt kits that include bin backs, bin sides, shelves and stations pre-packaged and shipped in form factor packaging, which eliminates extra trucking, thereby bypassing normal rebuilding, storing and bundling of these components.

All wearable components, including rebuilt bin bottom plates, bin top plates, intermediate track, nose ends and bench-tested controls will be reconditioned and packaged in our shop, then shipped to the new end-user.
Processing an order in this way can reduce the total cost of a system by eliminating this extra shipping layer for all non-wearable components. When combined with our shop's rebuilt wearable components, the client is assured of the same top quality, and a full one-year warranty.
This material processing and staging approach does require prior notification of your equipment needs, which will enable AS/R to ship direct non-wearable components at the same time equipment is being dismantled and removed.
